They can be your customers, staff, partners, relative merchant and investors. Make them happy and feel have a good future when they work with (for) you. |

I know it sounds hard and weird if you were a heart of the biz but you should stand out to watching your body? Try to do it; you are not a part of system! You are a maker of the system and make sure it can run well if you were not there. Let each part runs individually, easily and smoothly. Again, make people work for you! Do not put yourself in rush for handling on the unnecessary matter all day long. Find the people, pay them appropriate money; let them take the responsibility and do it for you. Therefore, you can keep your spirit clearly, find out what's wrong and what's happen on your biz; adjust the errors immediately. That is so much important, nobody can tell you until you are standing out of the loop. These are the typical factors to losing money; Employee cheating on the biz, System mistake and Lack of customers care…etc. That's because the owners without the chance to see what exactly happen. Don't blind to work! It's the time to watch out your biz! |
How to make people work for you? You are not a part of system! Keep this concept in your mind! However, you are the principal of your biz. You may work a part temporary when the business was began. I understand many people have not enough money and laborious work every day; especially home base (one man biz) or very small biz. Their partners would be friends or family members. After that, once your business run on the stable status, you don't have to work on any position but you know how to run through; in case the system has any problems. |
